This can be worn as shown or worn above the entire package. It’s a tight fit when done right and uses a little Allen wrench to tighten or loosen it.
We had a lovely lunch while my boy struggled inside its grips.

This looks like a great design for good nut-sack control. The only scary thing is the teeth inside. I’d rather see it smooth. The lady would easily be able to mantain good control with both a nice weight attached and or a leash that could be tugged whenever she felt the urge or when she wished give some encouragment to a male who acted too slowly.
Having used this before and enjoyed it, I prefer the teeth inside. They’re not sharp but they are THERE and are a constant reminder as to ownership. Can be worn under clothing (not through airports) — that’s a big plus in my book, which is, of course, the ONLY book.
Looks solid and heavy and would remind one of its presence and of your owner more of the time than a conventional chastity device.
